Understand the needs related to medical visits, travel, and family members accompanying patients.

Preparing Materials
After the purpose, recipient, authorization and submission channel are agreed, help organize the documents requested by the hospital. Do not submit medical records, identity documents or other sensitive information through the general website form.

Appointment Coordination
Communicate document and appointment requests to the hospital. Acceptance, campus, clinic type, availability and timing require hospital confirmation. A named physician or successful appointment is not guaranteed.

Arrival and Reception
Transportation, accommodations, and other arrangements upon arrival.
