This page describes the non-medical document, language and China reception coordination provided by Xiaoyu Global Health. The medical institution must confirm in writing whether a stem-cell-related project is an approved medical service, a drug clinical trial or a registered clinical study.

Services

Organize, translate and transfer records after the patient authorizes the process
Ask the hospital about the project type, document requirements and submission channel
Coordinate transport, accommodation, interpreting, accompaniment and family travel
Coordinate time for examinations, rest and return travel following the hospital’s written response

Not Included

Hospital registration, assessments, tests, treatment, medicines and other medical fees are separate charges
Coordination, transport, accommodation, interpreting and third-party costs are itemized in the agreed quote; insurance is confirmed by the insurer
Hospital acceptance, suitability, plans and timing require hospital confirmation; no eligibility, place, outcome or study enrollment is guaranteed
